1. CHRISTMAS SPICED CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE
. Ingredients needed to prepare this drink are 1 Large banana, 20 fresh cranberries, 6 Strawberries, 400 ml Cranberry Juice, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground and 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground. Put the system ingredients in a blender, mix them well until smooth. Decorate them in New Year’s glass
2. CHRISTMAS LAYERED SMOOTHIE
You need 12 ounces unsweetened almond milk split, 20 inch one slices frozen banana split, 5 whole strawberries, 1 cup fresh baby spinach and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder split. In a blender mix half the almond milk, half the frozen bananas, all the strawberries and the protein powder. Mix well until the ingredients are even. Pour the mixture into a glass. Then place the glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile in another bowl, make the green drink. Add the green mixture to the same glass, freeze again and then add the first mixture. 3. PEPPERMINT SMOOTHIE
To prepare this smoothie you need 1 frozen ripe banana in pieces, 1 cup of almond milk, ¼ cup of fresh mint leaves, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tps maple syrup and peppermint leaves for garnish. Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and mix. Enjoy.
5. CHRISTMAS SMOOTHIE
You need Bototom Green Layer, a small banana (or half a big banana), one kiwi, half a teaspoon of wheat grass powder, a few tablespoons of water, a middle WHITE LAYER, a small banana (or half a big banana), one small pear, a few tablespoons of water, optional: vanilla essence, TOP RED LAYER, one small apple, a cup of (cran) berries, any red berries will do, a few tablespoons of water, TOPPING, coconut flakes and pieces of berries and optional: lemon zest or cinnamon. For each layer mix all ingredients separately and add in a jar. If you want to achieve visible layers, put the jar in a small freezer until it thickens and then continue to the next layer.
5.EASY SPICED PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE
To prepare this drink you need 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup of an avocado, 3 tbsp collagen protein, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 / 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cashew butter or nut butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 drop Thieves essential oil and 1 cup ice cubes. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add water or ice cubes to get the desired consistency.
