1.Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake

You need the following ingredients to prepare this cheesy chicken broccoli: 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, 1 c. small yellow onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 c. white rice, 2 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth, divided, 1 c. heavy cream, 2 c. broccoli florets, 1 c. shredded cheddar, 1/4 c. panko bread crumbs. Put oil in a baking pan. Then add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Add garlic, chicken and season with salt and pepper. Finally add the rice, broccoli and 2 cups of soup. Bake until the water boils. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Chicken Spinach Artichoke Rice Casserole

This recipe requires the following ingredients: 3/4 c. basmati rice, 1 1/2 c. whole milk, 1/2 c. freshly grated, Parmesan, 6 oz. cream cheese, cubed, 2 cloves garlic, minced, Crushed red pepper flakes, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded, 2 c. fresh spinach, tightly packed, 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered, 2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided. Heat the oven. Prepare the rice as usual. In another bowl, combine the milk and Parmesan mixture. Add garlic, cream cheese, red peppers and cook until the mixture thickens. Then add the chicken and the cheese mixture to the rice bowl. Bake until the cheese has melted for about 20 minutes.

3. Crock-Pot Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Take 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into, 1 “pieces, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth, 1 c. heavy cream, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. dried oregano, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 head broccoli, cut into florets, 1/2 lb. egg noodles, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 c. shredded cheddar, 1/3 c. grated Parmesan, Crushed Ritz crackers, for garnish, Freshly chopped parsley, for Garnish, Red pepper flakes, for garnish. In the bowl, mix chicken, onion, soup, cream cheese, onion and oregano. Cover and cook for about 2 hours. Add broccoli and pasta. Before serving, put parsley and red pepper.

4. Poppy Seed Chicken

It takes 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, 1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken, 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tsp. poppy seeds, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley, divided, 1 Nonstick cooking spray, 1 c. sleeve buttery crackers, such as Ritz, 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, 3 tbsp. melted butter. Preheat the oven. Fry the chicken breasts in a bowl with oil. In another bowl, mix chicken broth, sour cream, garlic, poppy seeds, lemon peel and 3 tablespoons parsley. Add the mixture to the chicken dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 30 minutes.

5. Harvest Chicken Casserole

It takes 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus more for baking, 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 onion, chopped, 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes, 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth, divided, 6 c. cooked wild rice, 1/2 c. dried cranberries, 1/2 c. sliced almonds.In the garden cook  chicken. In another garden, fry onions, sweet potatoes, onions, oregano, peppers and cumin. Add it to the rice. Bake for 18 minutes.
