Easter is up to come in a week and because of the corona virus outbreak the most of the people from various countries around the world have to stay at home social distancing from the other in order to avoid the further spreading of the pandemic. It means that we are not going to have a typical Easter celebration this year, but that it doesn’t mean we don’t need to make a small celebration in the circle of the family for Easter. 1. Bunny Tail Treats
To prepare these sweets you need 1 8- ounce package cream cheese softened, 4-5 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon almond extract you can substitute this for coconut if you want a strong coconut flavor, 2-3 cups sweetened coconut. Put the cream cheese to soften in the microwave for 10-15 minutes. Then whisk with a mixer, add the powdered sugar. The resulting mixture is made into balls. Smear them with coconut or crushed walnuts.

It takes 4 Rice Krispie Treats, 6 oz Orange Candy Melting Chips (like Wilton), Edible Easter Grass or Rips Whips Candy. Cut each cookie in half lengthwise. Put a toothpick on each piece. For the sugar cookie you need 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 cups all-purpose flour. While For the royal icing you need 3 cups confectioners’ sugar, 2 tablespoons meringue powder, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract food coloring. In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add the egg and vanilla. Add the baking powder and salt as well as the flour. Mix well until combined. Form the dough into a ball and place in a plastic bowl and freeze for 30 minutes. Heat the oven. Place paper on the baking tray. Take out the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.
