Because of the fast spread of the coronavirus among the whole world, governments had to take some restrictive measures to limit the movement of heir citizens. One of them was to close all the schools. Because of that kids are spending more time together and they can feel a little bored sitting home the whole day. In order to make their stay at home funnier, we recommend you to follow the government recommendations and stay at home, but to use the free time you can spend outside in exploring the nature and have some fresh air moments with your kids.
There are so many funny activities you can take outside. One of them is to explore the nature in your backyard, for example. You will be surprised of all the species you can find in the green grass in your garden, such as spiders, ladybugs, butterflies… You can also find many plants and forest species such as different spring flowers.
If your kids are willing to have some funny activities here is an interesting idea what they can do to spend amazing moments. They can catch and observe ladybugs. Give them a magnifying glass and let them explore the ladybug and its body parts. Or let them collect different bugs such as potato bugs, shiny black beetles, grubs, centipedes, flies, caterpillars, butterflies, moths, spiders… and make some bugs collections.
It is the season of planting new flowers and other plants for the spring and summer season, so here is an interesting activity for your kids, give them the possibility to plant their own flowers. All they will need are some fresh plants and a plants pot in which they will plant the flowers. They will enjoy creating their small garden and they will adore cultivating it every day.
