1. Air Fryer Blooming Onion

The ingredients needed to prepare this recipe are 1 large yellow onion, 3 large eggs, 1 c. breadcrumbs, 2 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. kosher salt, 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil. While the sauce requires 2/3 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp. horseradish, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, Kosher salt. Peel the onion first. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.  In another bowl, place bread crumbs and spices. One by one dip the onion fins in the egg and then in the other bowl with the slices. Roast the onion pans at 180 degrees. In the meantime while frying, make the sauce. Serve the onions with the sauce.

2. Pimiento Cheese Deviled Eggs

You need 12 large eggs, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, Juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 c. chopped pimiento peppers, 2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar, 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper. Place the eggs in a pan with water and boil them over low heat. Once cooked, peel them. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice, peppers, cedar and mustard. Apply the obtained mixture to the whites.

3. Spinach Artichoke Zucchini Bites

The preparation of this recipe takes 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2/3 c. shredded mozzarella, 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, 1/2 c. canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1/2 c. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 2 cloves garlic, minced, Pinch crushed red pepper flakes, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 “rounds. Heat the oven. Put paper on a baking tray. Mix the cream cheese, walnuts, Parmesan, artichoke, spinach, sour cream, garlic and red pepper and season with salt and pepper.Add in each zucchini from the sauce and bake for about 15 minutes.

4. Dill Pickle Potato Chips

Take 2 russet potatoes, thinly sliced, 2 c. pickle brine, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. freshly chopped dill, plus more for garnish, 1 tsp.garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional), Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, Ranch dressing, for dipping. Put the potato in a bowl and pour it over water. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven. Then place the potatoes in a baking dish and add the other ingredients. Bake for about 40 minutes. Garnish with dill.

5. Cheesy Bacon-Asparagus Dip

This recipe requires 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and roughly chopped, 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped, 2 oz. softened cream cheese (1/4 block), 1 c. shredded sharp white cheddar, 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. freshly chopped chives, Freshly ground black pepper. Place the asparagus in a baking dish, add oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes. After baking add bacon, cheese, sour cream, garlic and  cheese. Bake for a little longer until the cheese is melted.
