You will need:

• some lace fabric (1-2 meters);
• a rotary cutter;
• a cardboard;

For the cornstarch:
• 2 tablespoons of corn flour;
• 2 tablespoons of cold water;
• 1 and 1/2 cup of boiling water;
• 1 large brush;

First start by mixing the cornstarch and than take the large brush, dip it in the mixture and paint a layer on your window

Cut around your lace fabric it using a rotary cutter

Place the lace fabric on your window and add a layer of the cornstarch on top of it
