1.SWEET POTATO BREAKFAST HASH
You need 4 slices of bacon, cut into 1/2-inch thick pieces, 1 small onion, diced, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes (approx 4 cups cubes) , 2 cups kale leaves, roughly chopped, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper, to taste, 4 eggs, 1 green onion, sliced. Heat oil in a pan. Add the bacon and fry until crispy. Then add the finely chopped onion and red pepper. Fry for about 1 minute. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. After the potatoes are cooked, add an egg. Cook a little more until the egg is fried. Garnish with green onions.
2. BEST GREEN SHAKSHUKA RECIPE
To prepare this recipe you need 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 medium onion, diced, 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 9 ounces brussels sprouts, shaved or finely sliced, 1 zucchini, grated, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 cups packed baby spinach, 5 large eggs, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 large avocado, for garnish. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook until cooked through. Add the garlic and ounces brussels sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs. Sprinkle over the vegetables. Cook until the eggs are fried.
3. HEALTHY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
edients needed to prepare this recipe are 16 large eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 lb ground turkey, 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 onion, diced, 1 green bell pepper, diced, 2 green onion, finely sliced. 1 can, 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped, 2 cups packed fresh baby spinach, plus extra for the top, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp oregano, salt and pepper. Heat the oven. Fry the onions and turkey meat over medium heat. Season with pepper, salt and mix well to combine. Add the spinach and stir until the spinach starts to get dark. Put the mixture from the pan in a baking dish and pour the eggs. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
4. SHAKSHUKA RECIPE
Take 1 medium onion, diced, 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced, 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes, 6 large eggs, salt and pepper, to taste, 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the chopped pepper, onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs and cook for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
