1.Tuscan Tortellini Salad
You need e 1 lb. fresh cheese tortellini, 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tbsp. honey, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 3/4 c. chopped salami or prosciutto, 1/2 c. baby spinach, 1/2 c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan. First, boil the tortellini in boiling water. Drain the water and place them in a bowl. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Add prosciutto, spinach, tomatoes and mix well. Garnish with Parmesan.
2. Bruschetta Pasta Salad
To prepare this salad you will need 1 lb orecchiette, 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, preferably multi-colored, halved, 1/4 c. torn basil, for garnish. Put water in a large bowl. Put it on the fire. Once it boils, add the macaroni. Cook until they are well prepared. Put them on a plate, add garlic and tomatoes. Mix well. Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Pizza Pasta Salad
Take kosher salt, 1 lb. fusilli, 1/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning, pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni, 3/4 c. sliced black olives, 1 large green bell pepper, diced, 1 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish. Cook the fusilli according to the instructions. Meanwhile, until cooked, make a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, Italian spices as well as crushed red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fusilli to a bowl, add the mixture and olives. Garnish with Parmesan.
4. Pesto Caprese Noodle Salad
You need the following ingredients to prepare this salad: 12 oz. No Yolks Extra Broad Noodles, 1/4 c. walnuts, 2 c. fresh basil leaves, packed, 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan, Juice of 1/2 lemon, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved, 8 oz. Ciliegine (small mozzarella balls), halved. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions. Place the noodles in a bowl. Make pesto sauce. Add it to the plate. Season with spices.
5. Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
The preparation of this salad requires the following ingredients: 1 lb. rigatoni, 2 c. shredded chicken, 3/4 c. buffalo sauce, 1/4 c. ranch dressing, plus more for drizzling, 5 stalks celery, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. freshly chopped chives, Kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper. Cook the rigatons according to the package instructions. Drain them from the water and place them in a bowl. Add chicken, celery, garlic, salt and pepper.
