Heat the oven. Put paper in a baking dish. In a bowl with a mixer, whisk together the butter and sugar. Gradually add the flour and a little salt. Mix well until combined. For preparation of this cheesecake you need Cooking spray, 9 graham crackers (1 sleeve), finely crushed, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, Pinch kosher salt, 4 (8-oz.) cream cheese blocks, softened, 3/4 c. granulated sugar 1 / 4 c. packed brown sugar, 4 large eggs, 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract, 1/3 c. RumChata liqueur, 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 / 2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Heat the oven. Make the crust first. In a bowl, mix crumbs of crackers, butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt until combined. Place the resulting mixture in a greased baking sheet. In another bowl with a mixer, whisk the cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs, then add the vanilla and RumChata, Cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for about 1 hour. After baking, leave to cool. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the cake.
