Heat the oven. Put paper in a baking dish. In a bowl with a mixer, whisk together the butter and sugar. Gradually add the flour and a little salt. Mix well until combined. Finally, add the chocolate pieces. Put the resulting mixture in the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, make the filling. Whip the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a bowl. RumChata liqueur, 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 / 2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Heat the oven. Make the crust first. In a bowl, mix crumbs of crackers, butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt until combined. Place the resulting mixture in a greased baking sheet. In another bowl with a mixer, whisk the cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs, then add the vanilla and RumChata, Cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for about 1 hour. After baking, leave to cool. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the cake.


No-Bake Cheesecake

FOR THE CRUST you need 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed, 5 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/4 c. sugar and Pinch kosher salt, while FOR THE FILLING you will need 1 c. heavy cream, 2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. lemon juice. In a bowl, mix the ingredients needed for the crust. Put the mixture in a greased pan and bake. Enjoy the taste.
