To prepare these muffins you need 2 cups oats, 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup pitted whole dates, 1 teaspoon baking soda. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Apply oil to the muffin tin. In a blender, mix all the ingredients well until smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold. Apply pieces of chocolate on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.


2. Healthy double chocolate zucchini muffins

You need 1 cup (120 g) whole wheat pastry flour, 1/2 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup (115 g) plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup, 1/4 cup (50 g) coconut palm sugar, 1/3 cup (80 ml) unsweetened applesauce, 2 tsp vanilla extract , 1 cup (110 g) grated zucchini, 1/2 cup (80 g) semisweet chocolate chips. First, heat the relay. Prepare the muffin tin. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, banana puree, brown sugar, almond milk, egg whites and apples. Add the resulting mixture to the muffin tin. Sprinkle oatmeal over the muffins. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.

For the preparation of these muffins you will need 3/4 cup shredded zucchini, 1/2 cup shredded apple, 1/2 cup shredded carrot, 4 Tbsp butter, melted, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup applesauce, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1.5 cup white whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
