1. Challah Bread

It takes 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1 (0.25-oz.) packet active dry yeast, 1/3 c. plus 1 tsp. granulated sugar, 4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. kosher salt, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, 1 large egg, 2 tsp. water, 1 tsp. granulated sugar, Poppy seeds or sesame seeds. In a small bowl, combine the yeast, lukewarm water and a little sugar. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Put flour, sugar, salt, yeast mixture, one egg and oil in the bowl and mix well until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough soak for at least 1 hour. Place paper in a baking dish. Make a braid shape out of the dough. Leave to soak for another hour. Grease it with an egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for half an hour.

2. Jalapeño Popper Pull-Apart Bread

To prepare this bread you will need 1 loaf crusty bread, like Sourdough, 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened, 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella, 2 c. sliced jalapeños. Heat the oven. Cut the bread into cubes but be careful not to cut the whole. In a bowl, mix the cheese, salt, pepper and pepper into pieces. Add to the bread. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

3. Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

It takes 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. whole-wheat flour, 1 (0.25-oz.) packet or 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, lukewarm, 1/4 c. water, lukewarm, 1/4 c. honey, 2 3/4 c. , whole wheat flour (390 g.), 2 tbsp. oil, such as grape seed oil, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (9 g.), Egg, 2 tbsp. assorted seeds or oats, for sprinkling. On low heat in a small saucepan mix half a cup of water and two tablespoons of flour. Put yeast, water, honey in another bowl and leave it until it becomes foamy. Put the wholemeal flour, oil, butter, salt, yeast mixture in a large bowl. Knead until the ingredients are well combined. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes. Place paper in a triangular baking dish. Make a rectangle out of the dough on the floured surface. Put in the bowl. Beat with egg and sprinkle with seeds. Preheat the oven and bake the wholemeal bread for about 50 minutes.

4. Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

The ingredients needed for the preparation of this bread are 1 large baguette, 1 stick butter, melted, 6 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley, kosher salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 c. shredded mozzarella, 1 c. shredded fontina .Heat the oven. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Put mozzarella and the mixture from the dish in the previously baked bread. Wrap in foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
