Soups are known as one of the most delicious food people from different parts of the Earth choose to eat. There are so many different recipes to prepare your favorite ingredients soup that you mostly don’t even need a recipe, but just your own creativity in mixing different ingredients. For those who are not that good cookers and can’t experiment in the kitchen without having the recipes in front of their eyes to follow it, we have selected some of the most delicious soup recipes everybody will adore to eat. 1. Carrot Soup Recipe with Ginger

You need 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 cup chopped yellow onions, 3 garlic cloves, smashed, 2 heaping cups chopped carrots, 1½ teaspoons grated fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 3 to 4 cups vegetable broth, Sea salt and fresh black pepper, 1 teaspoon maple syrup for taste (optional), coconut milk for garnish (optional), dollops of pesto. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onion, pinch, salt and pepper and cook until the onion is soft. Then add the garlic cloves and chopped carrots. Cook for another 8 minutes. Season with ginger powder and apple cider vinegar. Finally add 4 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes.


2. Cream of Mushroom Soup

To prepare this recipe you need 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling, 2 medium leeks, white and light green parts, sliced (2 cups), 2 celery stalks, diced, 16 ounces cremini mushrooms, chopped, 2 tablespoons tamari, ¼ cup dry white wine, 2 large garlic cloves, chopped, 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, 4 cups vegetable broth, 1 pound cauliflower, broken into florets (5 cups), 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add the leeks and celery and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft. Finally, add wine, garlic, thyme, cauliflower and 3 glasses of water. Cook for 20 minutes.


3. French Onion Soup

Take 6 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 3 pounds medium yellow onions, halved and thinly sliced, ¾ teaspoon sea salt, 1½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1½ tablespoons tamari, 1½ tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 3 tablespoons all- purpose white flour, 1 cup dry white wine, 6 cups vegetable broth, Freshly ground black pepper. Put the onions and peppers in a bowl first and fry them well. Add vinegar, thyme, garlic, a little flour, broth and cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bake the bread in a preheated oven. Serve the soup in a bowl and put the baked piece of bread in it.


4. Golden Turmeric Noodle Miso Soup

You will need the following ingredients for this noodles soup: 6 cups water, 1 strip of kombu, rinsed, 3 scallions, chopped, 1 large carrot, thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons grated ginger, 2 garlic cloves, minced, ¼ cup white miso paste, ½ teaspoon ground turmeric, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon lime juice, ½ tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon tamari, 2 teaspoons sriracha, 7 ounces tofu, cubed, 2½ ounces cooked rice noodles, and / or zucchini noodles (1 small zucchini), 2 baby bok choy, stalks thinly sliced, leaves torn, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, optional, Fresh mint or cilantro, optional for serving, Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional. In a bowl of water, add all the ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric. Cook for about 20 minutes.


5. Best Lentil Soup

You need 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 3 tablespoons minced ginger, 1 tablespoon mild mild curry powder, ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 (28-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes, 1 cup dried French green lentils, rinsed and drained, 2½ cups water, 1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk, ½ teaspoon sea salt, Freshly ground black pepper, ½ cup diced cilantro, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. All you have to do is fry the onion. Then add the remaining ingredients in the same bowl, and cook for 25-35 minutes, ie until the ingredients are soft and the lentils are cooked. Season  with salt and pepper. Good appetite!
