Skillet Steak Supper

The ingredients necessary for this delicious meal are beef steak, mushrooms, chicken broth or white wine, onions, salt, butter, pepper, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Sprinkle the steak with some salt and pepper, heat the olive oil and cook the steak 6 minutes per side. In the same skillet melt the butter and fry the mushrooms then add the white wine or broth. Bring it to boil and add the rest of the ingredients!

Parmesan Chicken with Lemon Rice

Everyone loves chicken, so this is one popular recipe for big gatherings. Get some chicken breasts, chicken broth, lemon juice, rice, onions, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, olive oil, green peas and lemon zest and get down to work. First, boil the broth and the lemon juice, add the rice and the onion and bring it to boil again. Whisk the eggs and milk in another bowl, add breast crumbs, Parmesan and oregano in another bowl and then dip the chicken in both bowls. Cook chicken 3 minutes per side. When the rice is cooked add the rest of the ingredients and you are done.

Garlic Chicken with Herbs

Chicken, salt, pepper, butter, garlic, white wine, rosemary, sage, chicken broth and rice are the things you will need for this recipe. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, brown it on both side. In the same pan fry the garlic, add the wine and herbs, bring to boil and then add chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve it with rice.

To make this spiced salmon get some brown sugar, soy sauce, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, mustard, paprika, pepper, dill weed, salt, dried tarragon and cayenne pepper. Mix all of them and brush over salmon. Grill it for 15 minutes.

Christmas Meatballs

Get some onion soup mix, large eggs, bread crumbs, dried cranberries, fresh parsley, ground beef, cranberry sauce, ketchup, beef broth, brown sugar, chopped onions and cider vinegar. Combine the first five ingredients, add the meat and make balls. Cook them and then mix the sauce ingredients. When you are done stir the meat balls and heat them together for 2 minutes.

Penne pasta, Italian sausage, butter, olive oil, onions, carrots, oregano, salt, pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, tomato sauce, pasta sauce with meat and mozzarella. Cook the pasta al dente, then in another pot cook the sausage. Then in the same skillet, heat the butter and oil and add the carrots, onions, salt, pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and the garlic until they are tender. Stir the tomato sauce, pasta sauce and the sausage and pour them over the pasta. Sprinkle mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes.
